North Roosevelt Boulevard: First Street/Palm Avenue to Kennedy Blvd - Week of July 30, 2012
A new lane closure phase is planned for Monday, July 30, 2012 that will result in the closure of all outbound/north-bound lanes from Palm Avenue/First Street to Kennedy Drive. Two inbound/south-bound lanes will remain open. Outbound traffic will be detoured along First Street to Flagler Avenue to reach businesses, or White Street to Atlantic to S. Roosevelt in order to exit the Island.
North Roosevelt Boulevard: Eisenhower Drive to First Street/Palm Avenue - Week of July 30, 2012
In addition, along N. Roosevelt from Eisenhower Drive to Palm Ave, traffic will remain one lane in each direction separated from the construction by concrete barrier wall.
Truman Avenue: Georgia Street to Eisenhower Drive - Week of July 30, 2012
Lane closures with detours will continue from Monday, July 30th to Friday, August 5th along Truman Avenue from Georgia Street to Eisenhower Drive. Truman Avenue from Georgia Street to Eisenhower Drive will be south bound/in bound traffic only and detours will be clearly marked using White, Georgia, Flagler, and First streets as alternate routes for outbound traffic.
